Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?

UK mainland delivery normally takes 2–4 working days. We'll get your order dispatched as quickly as possible and provide tracking information where available.
Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently only offer online ordering and delivery within the UK. For other locations, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What are the shipping costs?

Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout. UK mainland delivery is FREE on orders over £100.

Additional charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote locations.

Due to its size and shape, Build-Fast requires specialist packaging and handling, so a separate delivery charge applies and it is excluded from our standard free-delivery-over-£100 offer.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can I order in bulk or as a trade customer?

Yes. We welcome trade, contractor and bulk enquiries. If you need larger quantities or would like to discuss your requirements, please get in touch with the Block Master team.

Warranty & Returns
Is there a warranty on the Block Master®?

Yes. The Block Master® Cutting Tool comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is your return or refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Get in touch with the Block Master team through our Contact page or by email. Please include your order details and a description of the issue, along with photographs where appropriate, and we'll be happy to help.

How do I replace the blade?

The Block Master® features a replaceable blade. Simply unbolt the existing blade and fit the replacement using the new nuts and bolts supplied with the replacement blade.
Is the Block Master® easy to clean and maintain?

Yes. Block Master® requires very little maintenance. Keep the tool clear of excessive site debris and periodically check the blade, fixings and general condition of the tool before use.
What do I do if my tool is damaged or faulty?

Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we'll arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
What types of blocks can I cut with the Block Master®?

Block Master® is suitable for a wide range of commonly used concrete, Thermalite and cellular blocks, including solid, hollow and trench blocks.
How do I use the Block Master® safely and effectively?

Place the Block Master® on top of a stable stack or pack of blocks. Position your block on the tool and align your marked cut line over the blade. Using a suitable hammer and bolster, strike the block along the cut line in the normal way. Always follow appropriate site safety procedures and wear suitable PPE.
Can I cut angled or irregular shapes with the tool?

Yes. Block Master® is particularly useful for angled cuts, making it ideal for gable ends and other detail work.
Is any special training needed to use the Block Master®?

No specialist training is required. Block Master® is designed to provide a simple, straightforward method of cutting blocks using a hammer and bolster.
How much time does the Block Master® save compared with traditional methods?

Block Master® can significantly reduce the time spent cutting blocks by removing the need to set up powered cutting equipment or repeatedly reposition the block.
